GANO Medical does not accept nor bill insurance. Your insurance can be used for lab tests ordered, and any prescription medications sent to the pharmacy, just like at any other doctor's office.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $100 no-show fee, charged directly to you and not billed to insurance. Exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies.
